This morning, in Victoria, Prime Minister Stephen Harper announced $1.48 billion in renewable energy funding in the new federal ecoEnergy program.  He was joined by Environment Minister John Baird and Natural Resources Minister Gary Lunn. 

The IPPBC was represented by Directors Ron Percival and TJ Schur and members Fred Scott and Todd Walter.
