Natural Resources Canada (NRCan) is seeking proposals from Bidders for the policy development work and analysis on regional transmission and power markets in Canada and the U.S. on an as and when requested basis via task authorisation.

The Bidder proposed personnel MUST demonstrate subject matter expertise AND experience with the analysis, assessment, and/or providing policy advice related to North American regional transmission and power markets, by providing a brief description (approx. one (1) page) detailing work experience in the last five (5) years. (Bidders MUST include location of work, commencement and end dates, value of project and contact name and telephone number for each project work experience provided.)
