The BCUC has now approved the Negotiated Settlement regarding the F2006 Open Call for Energy (within the Resource Expenditure Acquisition Plan). This clears the way for BC Hydro to issue the Call which we expect will be in mid-December.

Attached is the Commission’s Order No.G-103-05 and the Negotiated Settlement document (Appendix 1).

The following BC Hydro executives will be speaking at our conference next week:

- Bob Elton, President and CEO
- Dave Kusnierczyk, Manager, Power Acquisitions & Contract Management
- Jim Scouras, Power Acquisitions Project Manager

They will be talking about the Integrated Electricity Plan, the Resource Expenditure Acquisition Plan, and the F2006 Open Call for Energy.
