The attached letter “COPE study compares apples to oranges” was sent to the Editor of the Vancouver Sun  - in response to Scott Simpson’s Friday article “Customers pay more for BC energy plan: study”.

I sent an email to Scott Simpson too with some background facts and also requesting a copy of the COPE study. All #s referenced in the letter are from BC Hydro publications or the 2007 Energy Plan.
