The attached two documents reflect IPPBC’s comments on the TEP as it existed at the time of their writing:
· IPPBC Final Argument on BCTC’s 2007 Capital Plan Application to BCUC; Section #2 Build it and the will Come and Section #3 Interconnection Expansion. Dated April 2, 2007
· IPPBC’s letter to the Premiers Technology Council re: Transmission Expansion: BC Hydro Submission on BCTC Cap Plan, dated May 30, 2007
IPPBC Director Jim Gemmill, who Chairs our Transmission Committee, advised me early this week that he planned to send you comments from IPPBC TransComm as well. I believe his comments will be more focused on the recently issued Draft TEP Implementation Plan.
Unfortunately, having your response deadline a the height of vacation season precluded my ability to better coordinate with Jim including whether to focus on the TEP or the draft Implementation Plan and also the location of response forms (neither of which were clearly evident on bctc.com).
TEP is very important to IPPs and we appreciate the opportunity to comment – so your acceptance of both Jims and my comments and if necessary any further guidance on these 2 issues would be appreciated.
Thank you,
Steve Davis President IPPBC |
