The attached letter to Ministers Neufeld and Penner requests that the government harmonize the 40 year term of Water Licenses with the similar term of BC Hydro Electricity Purchase Agreements. They currently start at different times.

We stated that we would be pleased to work with them to expedite a solution as this affects some of the IPPs that recently signed EPAs with BC Hydro.
