IPPBC members: 

The attached letter to BC Hydro was sent after it was approved by all 20 Directors at last Thursday’s Board meeting.

Yesterday Bob Elton met with the Chairs of IPPBC’s HydroComm, WindComm, TransComm and myself. The meeting was very constructive. We discussed several lessons learned from the Duke Point Project termination and some recommendations on how to make the upcoming BC Hydro Call for Power get the best and most cost-effective IPP bids. We plan to meet again in the next few weeks.
